The IPR Cell of Gurugram Global College of Pharmacy (GGCP) successfully organized a seminar titled “Patent and Trademark Strategy: Building a Holistic IP Strategy” on 6th May 2025. The session was delivered by Mr. Shailendra Singh, Assistant Controller of Patents and Designs, Patent Office, New Delhi.
The seminar aimed to enhance awareness and understanding among faculty and students regarding the strategic importance of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), with a focus on patents and trademarks in academic and industrial innovation. Mr. Singh provided valuable insights into the filing procedures, common challenges, and best practices for building a robust IP strategy.
The event was well-received and marked an important step toward fostering a culture of innovation and IP awareness within the institution.
